The hotel building has a rear extension where small, one-room suites are rented as separate units for any length of time (medium and long term rental) outside normal hotel conditions. The suites can be rented from one month up to unlimited time. Rental is possible for companies, individuals or couples. As a rule, we conclude the contract for an indefinite period with a two months’ notice. The contracts can be fixed-term (in the case of short and medium-term rental). When signing the contract, we require a refundable (mostly) two-month deposit (depending on mutual agreement). The rental price includes all energy and other fees (not TV and radio fees).
